The crew will hold the Barcadera and not be allowed to leave the harbor. In the past, the crew members were allowed to enter and sell their products, but under the new conditions this is not possible. They come under the responsibility of a steward who will take care of them, and they are safe for sales. They are allowed to stay for a maximum of two days before heading back to Venezuela.
