From the 20th to the 22nd of September, the trade union ABVO participated in meetings of the sector consultation platform for the Dutch Caribbean, (sector reunion Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland) in The Hague, Netherlands. This is the platform where organizational issues and the legal ownership of RCN public employees are addressed.
This is a kingdom-wide consultation meeting that takes place more or less every quarter in which different aspects of work and organization are attended to for public employees who fall under RCN. Several of the organization and structure reports of different departments were attended to, such as the.o. Sso, BCN, KPCN and CBS. Later on, courses were also proposed for members that are part of the platform in which training will be given in the trade union field. In this case it was proposed that it would take place in the month of January 2024.
