The Netherlands has nothing to do with U.S. military developments in the region

After Prime Minister Dick Schoof’s visit to San Nicolas, a press conference was held in the VIP Room at Aruba’s airport, shortly before the Dutch leader departed the island. During the briefing, the Prime Minister provided a summary of the purpose of his visit to Aruba and the various meetings that took place.
One of the important topics discussed was the geopolitical situation in the region, particularly the dynamics between the United States and Venezuela an issue of significance for both the Netherlands and Aruba.
Prime Minister Schoof made it very clear that the Netherlands has no involvement whatsoever with U.S. military activities taking place in the region. He emphasized that the Dutch Ministry of Defence is fully informed about the situation and maintains direct communication with the United States regarding current developments in the Caribbean.
