During the Connection Station workshop, young people get the chance to pause and reflect on how they communicate and connect with those around them.
This workshop gives youths the opportunity to explore the impact of their words, actions, and emotions:
• they will practice skills that make everyday situations easier;
• learn ways to express themselves better, handle challenges, and
• build healthy and positive relationships based on clear communication skills.
