CCvV Chairmanship Handed Over to Ms. R. Windster

As of 1 May 2026, the chairmanship of the Central Committee of Trade
Unions (CCvV) has officially been handed over to Ms Rosiël Windster, representative of the
National General Police Union (NAPB). She succeeds the previous chair, Mr Juan Lourens of the
Sindikato di Trahadornan di Aduana i Fiskalia (STrAF), and will lead the committee’s work and
consultations in the period ahead.
Mr Amado Vilchez, representative of the Sindikato di Ambtenarnan di Polis i Kadena Hudisial
(SAP), has been appointed Deputy Chair of the CCvV. In this role, he will support the Chair in
carrying out her duties and contribute to further strengthening cooperation within the committee.
Upon taking office, Ms Windster stated that she is particularly committed to a more efficient and
effective way of working within the CCvV. She aims to create room for innovative approaches and
new initiatives that better align with the needs and expectations of the current and future
generations of civil servants. In her view, it is essential that the committee responds proactively to
societal developments and further encourages the involvement of younger civil servants.
With this new appointment, the CCvV expresses its confidence in the constructive continuation of
its work and in the further strengthening of cooperation between the social partners involved.
The CCvV also expresses its appreciation for the commitment and contribution of the outgoing
chairmanship.
