On Friday, March 6, 2026, the Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.) proudly celebrated the anniversaries of two valued members of its European team during the YOU Anniversary event in the Netherlands. This annual event honors the dedication, contributions, and passion of A.T.A. employees, highlighting the importance of their role in Aruba’s success as a destination.
During the ceremony, A.T.A. recognized Caresse Imon, Management Assistant EU, who is celebrating 20 years of service, and Tirso Tromp, who is celebrating 25 years with the organization. Tromp will continue his work officially from April 2026 as Senior Business Manager at A.T.A. in Aruba. Their continued commitment reflects resilience, creativity, and professionalism that have helped drive Aruba’s growth in the European market. The ceremony not only marked their years of dedication but also celebrated the achievements and efforts of each individual.
YOU Anniversary is a tradition within A.T.A., where team members who have reached 5, 10, 20, and 25 years of service are honored. In addition to marking years of service, the event also recognizes individual achievements and the positive impact each employee has had on Aruba’s tourism success.
The special evening was attended by Ronella Croes, CEO of A.T.A., Sanju Luidens-Daryanani, CMO of A.T.A., Shadey Figaroa, HR Manager, and HR executives Raul Piar and Emy Lacle, along with other members of A.T.A.’s team in the Netherlands.
During the ceremony, A.T.A. CEO Ronella Croes shared words of appreciation and gratitude to the two team members and thanked them for their continued support and commitment over many years:
