If you have faith, you will triumph over injustice

Pastor 2

One of the devil’s weapons is injustice, but God loves justice. God is not part of discrimination, nor hypocrisy, nor falsehood or manipulation of people.

But when injustice occurs, we must act like Joseph in the book of Genesis and David in the books of First and Second Samuel. God himself will deal with those who commit injustices against you. Joseph’s brothers treated him unjustly, and Potifar’s wife also lied about Joseph, causing him to be unjustly imprisoned, but God fought his case himself and Joseph went from prison to the palace.

Never think about harming people, taking advantage of them, or manipulating them, because God is the Defender against injustice. Do not do such things even in jest; do not take advantage of people just because you have money, nor abuse people verbally or physically thinking that you have strength and that no one can do anything to you, because God sees and God deals with all injustice.

If someone works for you, pay them correctly, as it should be, and do not try to act unjustly because God is watching: read what is written in James 5:1-6.

The world is full of injustice and people who want to run from their responsibility: fathers who do not want to raise their children and mothers who have no time for their children. People have become unscrupulous, sending their children to live at their grandparents’ house just to bring a lover into the home; this means that pleasure and passion have overtaken responsibility.

There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death (Proverbs 16:18). All unjust gain has consequences, because God sees everything and puts an end to everything, especially injustice. Jeremiah 22:13 states: “Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his upper rooms by injustice, who makes his neighbor serve him for nothing and does not give him his wages.”

David was persecuted for a long time by Saul, but David did not raise his hand against Saul; he left everything in God’s hands. You have heard that it was said: “Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.” But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat and persecute you, so that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven, who makes his sun rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.

There is no injustice with God, because God has compassion and mercy for everyone. God himself will restore people’s lives; God has compassion on people, and God never leaves the righteous forsaken.

Let us not forget that prayer has power over all injustice, because God’s timing is perfect. God is never late and never forgets; God hears and answers prayer. Therefore, let us approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Now more than ever, as the world is filled with injustice, immorality, and malice, let us fix our eyes firmly on our Savior, Christ Jesus. He is the King of kings and Lord of lords, the One who has power over everything.

Sincerely, Pastor Marcel Balootje.
