After further investigation, it was confirmed that one of the scooters is registered as stolen. There is suspicion that the second scooter is also stolen. Arrest for Insulting an On-Duty Officer and Driving Under the Influence On Friday, September 4, around 12:50 AM, a 50-year-old man with initials C.V.B. was arrested on Kaya Korona for resisting arrest, failing to obey a police order, insulting an on-duty officer, and driving under the influence of alcohol. A patrol spotted the suspect driving at high speed and pursued him to signal him to stop. Additionally, he was weaving across the road. During the check, the suspect could not show a driver’s license or insurance documents. He showed various characteristics of a person under the influence of alcohol and refused to take a breathalyzer test. At the moment of his arrest, he resisted, requiring force to be used to detain him. Furthermore, he insulted a police officer. At the police station, the suspect refused to cooperate with a breath analysis. Due to the suspect’s behavior at the police station, he was transferred to the JICN. He received a fine for driving without a license and failing to show insurance documents. Additionally, the police officer filed a complaint for insult.
Theft of Electric Bicycle On Thursday, September 3, a report was filed regarding the theft of a black electric bicycle (fatbike), model V20. The bicycle was parked behind a catering establishment on Boulevard Gobernador N. Debrot when unknown persons took it. The case is under investigation.

More Drivers Arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol On Thursday, September 3, around 2:50 PM, the central control room received notification about a collision between two vehicles in a supermarket parking lot on Kaya Industria. In accordance with the ‘crash is breath’ policy, a breathalyzer test was administered to both drivers. For one driver, the test indicated alcohol consumption above the legal limit. The 54-year-old man with initials D.R.C. was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and subsequently transported to the police station for a breath analysis. He received a 1-hour driving ban.

Theft from Vehicle at Dive Site On Thursday, September 3, a report was filed of theft from a vehicle parked at the Karpata dive site. On Wednesday, September 2, between 3:10 PM and 4:00 PM, those involved were diving. Upon return, it appeared that two bags with their contents had been stolen from the vehicle.
