You can donate dry food, hygiene items, personal care products, and gifts for children.
Once again, the members of the One Happy Island Lions Club are organizing the collection of food, hygiene, and personal care products to help families in need. We invite the community of Aruba to join us by donating food and other essential items for families with fewer resources during the holiday season.
The collection will take place on Saturday, December 6, and Saturday, December 13 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Stop by Centro Kibrahacha in Piedra Plat to make your donation.
You may donate:
– Dry food / non-perishable items (rice, flour, canned goods, canned soup, cereal, pasta, milk, cookies, juice… etc.)
– Personal & hygiene products (deodorant, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, Q-tips… etc.)
– Basic household supplies (disinfectant, toilet paper, detergent, dish soap… etc.)
– Gifts for children
– Any other type of support for families
The goal of this project is to help fight hunger during the holiday period. With the donations received, food packages will be prepared for families going through difficult times. Your donation goes directly to the table of a family in need.
This is an invitation to the community and local businesses to be part of this act of kindness every contribution helps change the life of a family in need.
