We must ensure that in everything we do, God is involved.
Give God His part — do not plan and leave Him out. Do not rely on your own understanding, but honor God, for He is sovereign and deserves all the glory.
If we plan to help others, God must be in it, for He is our great Helper.
Every therapy without God remains just therapy, because the greatest therapist of our lives is Jesus Christ.
With Him, anyone can bring their burdens and weariness — no matter how heavy or how long it has been — Jesus will take your burden and set you free.
Those who act carnally, seeking glory for themselves, do not invite Jesus Christ into their projects.
They act like politicians, saying, “Our party did this,” or “I made that happen,” or “If it weren’t for us, it wouldn’t have been done.”
But the time has come for people to recognize that without God, we are nothing.
The presence of God in our lives makes the difference — He is the One who places the cherry on the cake, for His Word is His presence.
“You are My friends if you do what I command you.” — (John 15:14)
“If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. Whoever does not love Me does not keep My words.” — (John 14:23–24)
A person who does not live by God’s Word does not walk in truth or in His light.
Such a person does not love God but loves himself, doing everything for his own benefit and caring nothing for others.
“Be doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” — (James 1:22)
If we hear the Word but do not obey it, we cannot grow.
For it is the Word that gives spiritual growth and guidance in our marriages and families.
The Lord’s eyes and hand are upon those who obey His Word, who do not stray from the purpose for which God has called them.
The Lord knows who belong to Him, and He calls them by name.
The times we live in demand obedience to God, so that we may receive what we have asked of Him.
Disobedience breaks communication and separates us from the truth.
Through our obedience, we demonstrate our love and trust in God.
It is our faith and obedience that help us stand firm on the path of the Lord.
Obedience is the key to our spiritual life.
“As obedient children, do not conform to the desires you had when you lived in ignorance. But just as He who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do. For it is written: Be holy, because I am holy.” — (1 Peter 1:14–16)
“Obey My voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be My people; walk in all the way that I command you, that it may go well with you.” — (Jeremiah 7:23)
Disobedience brings sorrow, pain, and worry.
Disobedient people live in constant fear because they do not obey God’s Word, and their hearts are filled with doubt.
Obedience brings blessing.
