On Thursday afternoon, detectives arrested two women. This is in connection with an incident that occurred on Sunday, May 31, 2026, where a woman was assaulted at a residence. A video related to this assault case had also gone viral on social media.
Detectives from the Youth and Morals Police department (JZP) took the complaint. Through an efficient and lightning-fast investigation, and in close communication and cooperation with the Oranjestad detective department, they managed to apprehend the suspects involved in the case.
The suspects are a 21-year-old woman born in Aruba with the last name K., and another 14-year-old female, also with the last name K.
