The Aruba Hospitality & Security Foundation (AH&SF), in partnership with Chameleon Associates, has launched an intensive Security Supervisor Training Workshop designed to elevate security awareness, leadership, and prevention capabilities across Aruba’s hospitality and tourism sector.
Over the course of two days, 41 participants representing hotels, private security companies, and vacation
rental providers participated in a series of advanced courses led by Chameleon Associates, a global leader in intelligence-led, threat assesment, adversary-centric security training.
The program draws upon the Israeli Security Model, a proven methodology that teaches personnel to anticipate and disrupt threats by “thinking through the eyes of the adversary.” Trainings are immersive and scenario-driven, ensuring practical application for both frontline officers and supervisory staff.
Training highlights include:
• Security Questioning – equipping personnel with proactive techniques to identify fabricated
cover stories and disrupt hostile intent.
• Predictive Profiling & The Nature of Threat – teaching participants to transform intuition into actionable intelligence by detecting suspicious indicators and adversary behavior.
• Adversary Workshop – a hands-on exercise where participants simulate real-world attack planning to better understand vulnerabilities and strengthen countermeasures.
• Leadership Development – enhancing supervisory skills in ethical decision-making, operational oversight, and effective team management.
• Body Language and ID Verification – improving detection of deception and preventing unauthorized access through behavioral and credential analysis.
