A crowd showed up Sunday at the Caiquetio Club to tell Harry until later. Last Sunday on his 75th birthday, the Ministry of Culture together with the Department of Culture organized a Posthumous Homage to Mr. Harry Croce in happy memory.
Since 6 pm a large number of family, friends, acquaintances have come to Club Caiquetio to offer condolences and farewell to Harry Croes. The club runs most of the festivals organized by Harry Croce’s stage was filled with a crowd that came to tell Harry until later.

The first speech was given by the Minister of Education and Sports Mr. Endy Croes who reviewed the track record and achievements of Harry Croes on the sports field and also in the field of the press. Prime Minister of Aruba Sra. Evelyn Wever-Croes represented the Minister of Culture Mrs. Xiomara Maduro. The Prime Minister in his speech thanked Harry Croes, the great Arabian who loved our country. Harry’s family also expressed their gratitude for all that Harry has done for the country of Aruba but very especially in the cultural field.
After the official part the program continued and the Department of Culture together with Teatro Aruba under the direction of John Freddy Montoya presented a beautiful work entitled “Son of Man”, a beautiful tribute describing the Son of Man that Harry Croes was. The night went on Presentation of the young singer Jorienne Angela, who resonated her beautiful voice with the song Aruba.
Then Jorienne together with her mother Joanne presented together a wonderful It’s a collection of country songs accompanied live by Johnny Scarbaai’s piano. The final part of the program, Mr. Ivan Kelie Jr. was the Master of Ceremonies and in turn the announces the presentation of several musical pieces by Tipico Zonido of Antaño under the direction of Mario Kelly Jr.
In the final part of the presentation of the Sound of Music, a “Dandelion” is played and a large number of Dande musicians and singers join in. Musicians with their instruments formed the band Dande the greatest of all time played acoustically and were accompanied by a host of Kings, Queens and Dande singers who performed their dance while Harry Croes was leaving the Club Caiquetio in the shers.
