On Saturday, April 29, a patrolman spotted a golf cart with five people in it on International Street. He immediately signaled the driver to stop, and after further inspection it turned out that he did not have a license plate. The driver received a suspended license. The golf cart was taken to the police station.

On Sunday, April 30, two drivers were shot. One of them was for driving without a seat belt and the other for driving without a seat belt.
