Fundacion Cas pa Comunidad Arubano presents its mortgage campaign “Yabi den bo man” (Key in Your Hand). A unique project that gives 20 families the opportunity to become owners of a new home, completely ready to move into, with its own land and a mortgage in a single package. With this campaign, FCCA aims to make the process of becoming a homeowner much easier.

This campaign consists of 17 row houses (rijtjeswoningen) in Rooi Bosal and 3 detached houses (alleenstaande woningen) in Shaba. The plots in Rooi Bosal range from 84m² to 245m², and in Shaba the plots are 378m², 387m², and 388m². Prices for the houses in Rooi Bosal range between AWG 307,895 and AWG 366,800, and in Shaba prices range between AWG 311,745 and AWG 324,717. Interested parties can choose one of the 20 house-and-land options available on the FCCA website (www.fcca.com).

With this campaign, FCCA wants to make the process of acquiring land and a home worry-free. Those who qualify for a mortgage will not have to go through multiple processes to look for land and build a house with separate financing. All of this will be coordinated and handled by FCCA to spare the client all the stress that this process can bring. The houses will be delivered to the owner completely finished. This means the home will be fully constructed and handed over to the buyer as a “turnkey” solution so that they and their family can furnish it and move right in.

Applications for a mortgage for one of the houses in the “Yabi den bo man” campaign can only be submitted online at www.fcca.com.

Applications will officially open on Monday, August 17, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m. The application process will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis to guarantee a fair and transparent process. This means: the first to apply is the first to be served. It is very important to submit all documentation immediately so that the application can be processed. Applications missing documents cannot be processed. This campaign ends on Monday, August 31, 2026.

To apply online on August 17, interested individuals must prepare the following documents:

  • Copy of a valid proof of identity for the applicant and their partner (Aruban passport, cedula, or driver’s license).
  • Copy of proof of income (“payslip”) according to their situation:
    • The last two (2) payslips if paid monthly.
    • The last four (4) payslips if paid semi-monthly.
    • The last six (6) payslips if paid bi-weekly.
    • The last eight (8) payslips if paid weekly.
    • The last six (6) payslips if income is based on commission, trunk, or tips.

In addition:

  • Information on any additional loans and the institution where they are paid.
  • Additional income and where it comes from.

To apply for a mortgage with FCCA, the applicant must be a resident of Aruba. Eligibility for a mortgage depends on the person’s financial capacity and a positive screening result.

FCCA remains committed to creating opportunities for families to realize their dream of owning a home and land. The “Yabi den bo man” campaign is an important step in FCCA’s mission to offer affordable, quality housing projects that match the needs of our community.

As a foundation, FCCA reinvests all its profits into social housing projects for the community. This means that when someone becomes the owner of their own home with FCCA, they also contribute to helping other families get their own home. Thus, the “Yabi den bo man” campaign represents a win-win situation for all parties: the buyer, their family, and our entire community.

For this campaign, it is not possible to apply in person at the FCCA office in Sabana Blanco. FCCA advises all interested persons to visit its website www.fcca.com to read all information regarding the houses and conditions, so they can start preparing the necessary documents before applications open. If you have any questions, you can contact FCCA Customer Service at 522 3222.
