During the Aruba Real Estate Summit 2026, ID Realty Group presented, for the first time, the Aruba Real Estate Cornerstone Awards 2026, a special recognition for individuals whose vision, leadership, and dedication have significantly contributed to the shaping, professionalization, and strengthening of Aruba’s real estate sector.

The first honorees were Stanley and Clayton Brown, Rudolph Kok, and Cindy Ruittemanz. Each of them, in their own way, has left a lasting mark on the industry and contributed to the foundation upon which new generations of professionals can continue to build.

Stanley and Clayton Brown: pioneers of innovation and collaboration For over two decades, twin brothers Stanley and Clayton Brown have been among the most influential figures in Aruba’s real estate sector. As founders of Casnan.com, they were among the first professionals to recognize the power of technology and information exchange in connecting people with real estate opportunities.

What started as an innovative property platform evolved into one of Aruba’s most recognized real estate brands, establishing new standards in accessibility, professionalism, and innovation.

Their impact goes far beyond commercial success. Stanley and Clayton have always promoted collaboration rather than competition, convinced that when professionals share knowledge and work together, the entire industry grows stronger. This philosophy found significant expression in Expo Cas, which connected developers, financial institutions, service providers, the Government, and thousands of people aspiring to own their own home.

For their pioneering contribution, commitment to collaboration, and lasting influence across different generations of professionals, Stanley and Clayton Brown received the Aruba Real Estate Cornerstone Award 2026.

Rudolph Kok: a legacy of entrepreneurship, leadership, and service Rudolph Kok’s journey as an entrepreneur began in his family’s business, Kok Optica, where he learned the values of hard work, customer service, integrity, perseverance, and trust. With this foundation, he launched an extraordinary career that for decades has helped shape Aruba’s real estate market.

As founder and broker of Alto Vista Real Estate and later creator of HomeCity Real Estate, Rudolph continually demonstrated the courage to innovate, adapt, and create new opportunities. Currently, as a respected leader at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Aruba Realty, he continues to represent excellence, professionalism, and integrity.

An essential part of his legacy is the number of professionals he has inspired and mentored. Throughout his career, Rudolph has generously shared his knowledge and experience, serving as a mentor, teacher, and role model for new generations in the industry.

For his extraordinary contribution to the real estate sector, his dedication to developing other professionals, and his lifelong commitment to excellence, Rudolph Kok received the Aruba Real Estate Cornerstone Award 2026.

Cindy Ruittemanz: heart, vision, and strength of the real estate sector For more than two decades, Cindy Ruittemanz has held a prominent position in Aruba’s real estate market. As the founder of Prima Casa Real Estate and the longest-serving female broker active on our island, her career is characterized by courage, dedication, and purposeful leadership.

Cindy not only built a successful business, but she also dedicated herself to elevating the entire profession. She was instrumental in founding the Aruba Association of Realtors, serving for several years on the board of directors and also as president. Her commitment helped strengthen integrity, professional standards, and unity within the sector.

Additionally, Cindy represented the Aruba Association of Realtors in historic agreements with the Government of Aruba concerning the sustainable future of our island. Through her leadership, she paved the way for other women and professionals, demonstrating that a strong industry is built through cooperation, determination, and a sense of responsibility.

For her vision, years of dedication, and the path she paved for other professionals, Cindy Ruittemanz received the Aruba Real Estate Cornerstone Award 2026.

The name “Cornerstone” represents the foundational stone upon which a construction stands. In the same way, the honorees have formed part of the foundation that allowed the local real estate sector to grow, innovate, and professionalize.

The presentation of the awards was one of the most significant moments of the Aruba Real Estate Summit 2026, which took place on August 27 and 28 at the Embassy Suites. The ceremony provided a space to celebrate not only professional achievement, but also the commitment, service, and lasting contribution of each honoree to the industry and the Aruban community.

With the introduction of the Aruba Real Estate Cornerstone Awards, ID Realty Group and the Aruba Real Estate Summit wish to establish a tradition of recognizing those who have contributed to the sector’s progress. For the next edition, professionals and other representatives of the real estate industry will have the opportunity to nominate candidates whom they consider deserving of the recognition.

More information regarding the process, criteria, and nomination period will be announced in due course. The Aruba Real Estate Summit 2027 will take place on September 3 and 4, 2027.

ID Realty Group and the Aruba Real Estate Summit congratulate Stanley and Clayton Brown, Rudolph Kok, and Cindy Ruittemanz on their well-deserved recognition and express deep appreciation for their contribution. Their legacy is an important part of the history of Aruba’s real estate sector and serves as an inspiration for generations to come.
