Vibracion Cultural Volume 3, the Downtown Food and Art Festival, took place in Westraat.
Mary-Ann Falcony Rasmijn, co-founder of EMPEC Aruba Foundation, explained that the goal of organizing this event is to revitalize Westraat.

This year, once again, the event has grown, featuring various artisans, musicians, and also our talented youth who shined in music with performances by the Leerorkest and a brass band.
The mission is to make culture vibrate throughout all neighborhoods of Aruba.
