During FAVI’s art exhibition, held last night, members of the foundation presented their creative works to the public. Among the exhibited pieces was a photographic work by Nafthaly Koolman, centered on the theme of depression.
On the very night of the exhibition, Koolman’s portrait was sold, marking a special and meaningful moment for the young photographer. This was his first official participation in an art exhibition, and despite the fact that he is visually impaired, he managed to achieve this success.
The sale of the artwork represented a moment of joy and recognition for Nafthaly Koolman and underscored the impact that art can have as a medium for expression and human connection, regardless of the artist’s personal limitations.
