Caribbean Media Exchange (CMEx) has presented the Leadership Award to the CEO of ATA, Ronella Croes, in recognition of her achievements and contributions to Caribbean Tourism and Communication. ATA’s CEO, Ronella Croes, is very happy and grateful to have been honored “Thank you very much!” she expressed on her Facebook page.
She was recognized among an exceptional group of leaders whose inspiring dedication continues to elevate our Caribbean region.
According to ATA’s CEO, Ronella Croes, her passion for the visitor and hospitality industry has always guided her. At the age of 27, she took on her first position as Director of Tourism young, motivated, and determined to make a difference. More than two decades later, after having had the privilege of serving two Caribbean destinations, Mrs. Ronella Croes remains deeply determined and committed, including to nurturing the next generation of leaders. It is very meaningful for her to show young people that they can become confident leaders, drive meaningful change, and leave a lasting impact in our communities.

The mission of Caribbean Media Exchange, Inc. (CMEx) is to support and develop the capacities of the media, government, the visitor and tourism industry, and communities to consider the importance of tourism in sustainable development, while giving a helping hand to the communities involved by sharing relevant experiences, financial assistance, and other types of support.
The award ceremony took place in Miami on December 7, 2025.
