In a beautiful tradition, the teachers of Filomena College Mavo in San Nicolas closed the year 2025 with a singing presentation at the SABA senior home in San Nicolas.
The group ‘Filomenales’ dedicated some end-of-year songs and also popular songs to all those present. Guided by teacher Eric Farro on guitar, with Esther Arends as the leader, more than twenty-three teachers and staff performed songs such as ‘Fuego al cañon’, ‘Cunucu di Seit’, ‘Bay conta na tur hende’, ‘Paranda Arubiano’, and more.
On behalf of the administration of Filomena College Mavo, all teachers and staff thank SABA once again for the opportunity provided to delight our seniors in a grand manner in 2025. A symbolic gift in the form of a basket with products was also presented to the senior home. Our wish is a happy 2026 for the entire SABA. After the festive parade through the hallways of SABA, all the teachers ended their year with a dinner at a local restaurant.
