First, now that the days have passed and our bodies have had some time to recover from the weekend, from the heart and with enormous gratitude we want to say to each and every one of you who gave your maximum effort: THANK YOU!
THANK YOU for believing in a baby that was born with a real name (HEPA DMC SOCIETY) but without an identity yet. It was not easy. A new group, new band, (mostly) new crew, new sponsors, new sections, and new members (participants). But you know what? We made it — and we did it damn well!!!!!
Our group (our Society) showed that YES, it is possible when there is determination and perseverance. A group at competition level (complete). We came out and left our mark.
Our band D-NOVA — simply “Fantastic” (they fought, they complained, but in the end they ACHIEVED it!). Iki, THANK YOU, and congratulations to the entire band!
To our crew, THANK YOU. I won’t mention everyone by name, but from the heart thanks to all. Special thanks to Dariela (girl, love you), Nina and Lamar (not only as band members) who helped push HEPA all out. To Angi who stepped in for Mayra at our Pop Up — thank you to both. Magda and family for support, taking care of the trailer and much more — love you. To our entire bar crew, Miguel and team — you guys were simply CHAMPIONS, nothing but great comments about your service. Thanks to our security team, costume team Gilbert, Iliana and team. To Lisette and Brian for letting us shine with a tremendous headpiece and costume decoration. Andrew, thanks for a great design.

To ALL our participants who trusted this new group — THANK YOU for joining. And we invite everyone who showed interest to join next year. We were small but very brave — atmosphere, creativity, service, luxury, and above all, we truly were a society, a family full of Dance, Music and Color (DMC).
Last but surely not least, our Queens (and of course their parents and team), Prins and Pancho, DJ Sky and Rwiin THANK YOU for representing HEPA and bringing atmosphere. By the way, congratulations also to our dancers who won the Road Show prize.
Big congratulations to TOB for the title of Group of the Year, and also to Champagne, Los Laga Bai, Empire, Colours, Royal and Dushi. We all together make Carnival!
