Police force intercepts boat with drug bundles in the colony area

In a swift action on Tuesday morning, authorities sprang into motion after locating a shipment of illicit substances on the eastern coast of our island. The discovery took place in the area known as Colony, near the large anchor.

The event began around 6:00 AM when Police Dispatch received a notification indicating the presence of a suspicious boat and what appeared to be bundles of drugs scattered at the site. An operation was immediately activated involving San Nicolas Police units and the Organized Crime Department (UGC).

Evidence Located Upon the arrival of the officers, they encountered a boat with a single motor near the shore. During the inspection of the area, agents confirmed the initial suspicion: they located several bundles of drugs, containers with illicit substances, and various loose packages scattered across the site.

Both the vessel and the merchandise, along with other items relevant to the investigation, were confiscated by the concerned departments for further analysis.

Investigation Underway The case is currently under full investigation led by specialized units. Authorities informed that they do not rule out potential arrests related to this shipment in the coming hours or days, as they attempt to determine the origin of the drugs and the individuals involved in the transport.
