During a press conference of the MEP faction, Member of Parliament Dangui Oduber referred to the situation concerning Minister Gerlien Croes, pointing out a lack of transparency and a breach of integrity.
Oduber noted that, according to the 2025–2028 governance program presented by the AVP–FUTURO cabinet, the government is committed to several points and guarantees transparency in its management. However, according to the parliamentarian, Minister Croes is not complying with this, raising concerns about the way information is shared with the people of Aruba.
Oduber insisted that transparency must remain a priority within the government and requested that the relevant ministry provide more clarity regarding its decisions and operations, particularly concerning the private flight of a major local businessman to Aruba.
