TCB informs
Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) is excited to collaborate once again with the Buki di Pret initiative. On Wednesday, August 5, 2026, children between the ages of 6 and 12 years old will have the opportunity to visit Carnival Horizon to explore the ship, learn more about the cruise industry, including a delicious lunch on board. This initiative aims to introduce Bonaire’s younger generation to the cruise industry while creating an unforgettable and educational experience.
Registration for a chance to be part of this experience will be on Friday, July 17, from 10 am until 4 pm.
Registration is only possible online, between 10 am and 4 pm, by completing the registration form, which will be published on TCB’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. Please note that it is not possible to register before or after the registration period, nor is it possible to register at the TCB office, by telephone, or by email. Due to the cruise ship policy, there are only a limited number of spots available.
Participation Requirements
As this is a high-demand initiative and it receives more registrations than the number of available spots, this year, a randomized draw will be introduced to ensure a fair selection process. All eligible registrations submitted during the registration period will be entered into a random selection process. To be eligible, participants must:
Be between the ages of 6 and 12 years old.
Have not participated in this initiative in previous years, allowing other participants the opportunity to enjoy this experience. If you have participated in this initiative in previous years, your registration will not be eligible.
Note that a maximum of two (2) children may be registered per submission.
Upload a clear photo or copy of each child’s passport.
Be aware that registering without a valid passport copy will not be eligible.
Ensure all required questions are completed. Incomplete form registrations will not be eligible.
Sign the liability waiver as a parent or legal guardian.
Be aware that continuing with this registration, you automatically consent that photos and videos of your child(ren) may be taken during this event for marketing purposes.
