The Minister of Tourism, Mr. Wendrick Cecilia, expressed regarding a regrettable incident that recently took place at a hotel in Aruba, according to the Minister, is not common in our beloved Aruba.
During his statement, Minister Cecilia offered words of encouragement to the employees who were involved in the situation and also expressed his condolences to the family. The Minister emphasized the emotional impact that an incident of this can have on staff members who are in service.
Minister Cecilia further informed that he will be contacting the hotel concerned to assess how the emotional well-being of employees who may have been left in shock during working hours is being addressed, highlighting the importance of support and guidance during difficult moments.
