Throughout the entire process that the Flamingo case has caused in Otmar Oduber’s life, there has never been any discussion about the abuses that, according to Oduber, were committed against him. But now he believes the time has come to bring these abuses within the Aruban justice system to light.
Oduber explains that authorities entered his home and his parents’ home and took money without asking any questions, and that this money was later returned immediately at that time. The Public Prosecutor’s Office had a total of eight accusations against Oduber, but after five years, according to him, not a single one of these eight accusations was ever presented before the judge during last year’s court session.
