With the start of the new school year, young people navigate academic responsibilities, expectations, distractions, decisions, and daily challenges. With the workshop “Mindset Matters,” the Heart-Centered Leadership Foundation (HCLF) creates a space where youth can explore how their mindset influences their response to different situations and how to move forward when plans deviate from the original route.
During the workshop, participants will experience interactive activities, discussions, moments of reflection, and various exercises practicing problem-solving, decision-making, and resilient thinking. The workshop goes beyond simply telling youth to “think positive”; it encourages and equips them with tools to recognize different ways of approaching challenges and discover realistic, useful strategies.
Through this workshop, HCLF offers young people the opportunity to start the school year with a greater awareness of the power they hold over their choices, reactions, and mindset.
The “Mindset Matters” workshop will take place on Saturday, September 5th, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Teresita Center, San Nicolas, and is specially designed for youth aged 13 to 16. The contribution is Afl. 25,-.
Space is limited and registration is mandatory. To register or for more information, please contact HCLF via WhatsApp at 5841211.
