The Council of Ministers of the Kingdom (Rijksministerraad) has approved the appointment of Mr. C.R.M. Wallé as the Chair of the Supervisory Board of the Integrity Chamber Sint Maarten.
The appointment is for a term of three years. This appointment will formally take effect on the 1st of 2025, through a Royal Decree (Koninklijk Besluit). In accordance with the established procedure, the two members of the Supervisory Board must issue a binding written recommendation for this appointment.
The Integrity Chamber Sint Maarten advises and submits proposals for the general policy regarding the promotion of integrity in Sint Maarten, and conducts (preliminary) investigations into suspicions of irregularities.
