During the Copa IGA 2025 tournament, two gymnastics clubs from Aruba — Gihae Gymnastics and Club Avanse — proudly represented our island with great dedication and spirit.
Gihae Gymnastics participated with a delegation of 14 athletes, while Club Avanse competed with 11 athletes.
The competition brought together several gymnastics clubs from across the region, providing a platform for young gymnasts to showcase their talent, discipline, and continuous progress. Both Gihae and Avanse stood out across various categories and age groups, demonstrating outstanding sportsmanship and passion for the sport.
As a result of their excellent performances, Aruba achieved an impressive total of 90 medals:
🥇 28 Gold, 🥈 39 Silver, and 🥉 23 Bronze.
These achievements stand as a testament to the athletes’ hard work, the dedication of their coaches, and the continued support of Aruba’s gymnastics community.
