It indicates that there are neighborhoods with poor infrastructure, while others are going through difficult social situations. The report argues that these problems are growing and are affecting the well-being of the inhabitants.
Political decisions and their consequences The document questions the focus of political investments, pointing out that the “turbo madness” of these decisions may have a high cost for the people. In this, the report highlights:
