Tourism Corporation Bonaire received a visit from Delegatie Commissie Koninkrijksrelaties van de Tweede Kamer

Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) had the honor of welcoming members of the Commissie Koninkrijksrelaties van de Tweede Kamer (Committee on Kingdom Relations of the Dutch House of Representatives) during their official visit to the island on Thursday, May 8th, 2025.

The visiting delegation included: Olger van Dijk (Committee Chair, NSC), Raoul White (GroenLinks-PvdA), Aukje de Vries (VVD), Faith Bruyning (NSC), Mpanzu Bamenga (D66), Don Ceder (ChristenUnie), and Eva Meijers (Committee Clerk).

TCB CEO Elesiër Angel and the TCB team welcomed the delegation with a presentation that highlighted Bonaire’s tourism, the corporation’s evolving role in destination marketing, and the strategic vision.

The session offered an opportunity for meaningful dialogue, with delegates engaging in open conversation about both the potential and the challenges that come with tourism development on Bonaire.

“It was a privilege to present our vision for Bonaire’s tourism to this important delegation,” said Angel. “These exchanges are important to ensure that Bonaire’s story, needs, and opportunities are clearly represented in The Hague. We look forward to strengthening cooperation for the benefit of our people, our nature, and our shared future.”
