Under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office of the First Instance of Curaçao, investigating officers linked to the team of the Organized Crime Division (Divisie Georganiseerde Criminaliteit ’DGC’) of the KPC are investigating the murder of the rapper’s from Curaçao, Ruchendell Boechi Windster who was murdered on December 9, 2022 in Curaçao.
In Curaçao, as part of the “Hummer” investigation, DGC researchers and in the Netherlands the legal assistance team of the national research (Landelijke Recherche) in Rotterdam carried out various actions.
A man with the initials C.C. was arrested in the Netherlands on suspicion of involvement in the murder. Immediately thereafter, a courthouse was built at the entrance to the palace where he was staying. In Curaçao three (3) judicial entries took place in the neighborhoods of Seru di Kandela, Noord Roozendaal and Mahuma.
During the judicial searches several items of interest to the investigation were seized. The investigation is ongoing and does not rule out further arrests.
